Proudly serving over 5 million customers since 1971. Our famous fries are made from potatoes from a local farm, and peeled and cut fresh daily just for you.
It all began in 1971, after an ad was seen in the paper about a chip truck for sale in Lindsay. We thought we’d give it a try and took turns each weekend operating the truck or peeling potatoes. It started out small, two 50-pound bags of potatoes a day.
Now we go through 3,000 pounds of potatoes a weekend and estimate having served more than five million people over the years.
